– headlamp/batteries;
– sunglasses/cap/sunscreen;
– rainponcho;
– trekking poles;
– water bottle;
– trekking shoes;
– multi-layered outfit (What gear to wear?);
– ID;
– personal toiletries;
– cup, plate, spoon, etc;
– long-playing high-energy snacks (nuts, energy bars, etc.)
– individual medications, incl. antihistamins.

Recommended gear:
– camping footwear (ideally rubber galoches);
– thermos;
survival whistle;
– gps-tracker (or smartphone with tracking app);
– powerbank;
– thermoblanket;
– wool socks (ideally camel ones);
– tick repellent (how to prevent tick bites?);
