Trekking check-list

Necessities:

– backpack (60-80 L);
– sleeping bag (comfort 0…-5оС);
– camping mat (provided free of charge);
– headlamp/batteries;
– sunglasses/cap/sunscreen;
– rainponcho;
– trekking poles (provided free of charge);

– water bottle;
– trekking shoes;
– multi-layered outfit (What gear to wear?);
– ID;
– cup, plate, spoon, etc;
– long-playing high-energy snacks (nuts, energy bars, sausage, etc.);

– toilet paper;
– individual medications, incl. antihistamins.

Recommended gear:

– camping footwear (ideally rubber galoches);
– thermos;
– survival whistle;
– gps-tracker (or smartphone with tracking app);
– powerbank;
– thermoblanket;
– wool or down socks;
– tick repellent (how to prevent tick bites?);
– electrolytes/isotonics; 

– water filter;

– lighter.
